Work Done

I have created the PR for the conflicting validators. Also, I added the test case in the same PR. I also started to update the HACKING.md documentation with validators implementation. I will take the review for the documentation and then update the PR.

Further Plans

Next week, I will submit the HACKING.md documentation. After completion of this task, I will start documenting the work submission report.
